LIXI2 Interactive Tutorial for Valuations
Want to understand the data structure of the LIXI2 Valuations (VAL) Standard? We've used our customisable forms framework to create forms that illustrate all the data required to populate the PropertyPRO template for a house.
LIXI2 Interactive Tutorial for Valuations (VAL) is a great example of how you can use our Customisable Forms Framework. The framework has been used to generate a set of HTML forms with Bootstrap controls, designed specifically to show the data structure of all the data required for the PropertyPRO template for a house (available here).
The LIXI2 Valuations Standard can be used to explore the forms framework or as an interactive tutorial for those interested in understanding the structure of the LIXI2 Valuation Standard.
Many participants in mortgage origination require access to the data in LIXI2 messages such as these, including broker platforms, lender systems, valuers, valuation service & platform providers.
The Australian Property Institute (API)
The Australian Property Institute (API) created PropertyPRO to assist residential & commercial property valuers to meet the changing needs of lenders/clients and financial institutions.
These clients were seeking a high level of valuation advice in a more concise template style format. The PropertyPRO product and related Supporting Memorandum were the result.
The PropertyPRO Supporting Memorandum provides the basis upon which valuers provide valuations of residential properties for first mortgage purposes using the Residential Valuation and Security Assessment Pro-Forma Report.
