Data and automation are critical to delivering an improved experience to all participants in the Financial Services industry. However, standardisation and simplification is critical as we innovate and it is only via a collaborative approach that this can be achieved. LIXI is important to our industry and for our customer experience and I am excited to work with the LIXI Board and team.

I am pleased that Shelley is joining our dedicated group of directors, all of whom are committed to driving efficiencies in the lending industry. I look forward to working with Shelley to the benefit of all our members and to the broader community.
I'd also like to say thank you and farewell to Simone Tilley, who represented ANZ on LIXI’s Board of Directors for the past five years. During her time on the board, her industry experience and dedication have been incredibly valuable to LIXI, and the entire board wish her all the best in the future.
