Credit Decision Australia
LIXI issued this CDA 2.0.5 release of the LIXI Credit Decision Australia Schema on 1st December 2017. This Transaction Schema was derived from the LIXI Master Schema v2.2.7.
This release is a non-breaking update to the most recent LIXI CDA 2.0.4 that was released on 27th October 2017.
This release incorporates a number of non breaking enhancements:
'Offset Account' cross reference to an existing account
'Level Type' - the building level type of an address
'Unit Type' - the unit type of an address
'To Street Number' range and 'To Unit Number' range for addresses
'Street Type' list to align with Australia Post and National Mortgage Form
'Reason for Different Name' when the mortgagor name doesn't match the certificate of title
'Continuing Repayment' for new repayment details that differ from the existing repayments
'Clearing From This Loan Amount' and 'Clearing From Other Source Amount' for Liabilities
'IsContinuing' to capture whether a living expense is continuing
'Financial Provider' a party that provides financial support to a dependant
'Owner' information of a Liability including Owner Type
