Overview

The LIXI Valuation (VAL) standard has been enhanced to comply with the Australian Property Institute(API) Property Pro standardised valuation documents. As a result, the details of a real estate asset and a real estate valuation have been updated resulting in a breaking update to the VAL standards. A variety of new attributes, enumerations, and definitions have been added to the standard.
