  • Overview

    External system identifiers such as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reference number and the Loan Originating System (LOS) reference number have been added to relevant entities. A client mandate can now be recorded, outlining the details of an agreement between the client and the broker. The document types that can be attached to the package has been expanded to include an extensive number of new document types. A new event type has been added to support follow up reminders for additional information requests. Financial services licence number (FSLN) is now supported. Various new elements, attributes, enumerations, and schema annotations have been added to the standard.
