LIXI issued this CAL 2.6.7 release of the LIXI Credit Application Schema on 1st December 2017. This Transaction Schema was derived from the LIXI Master Schema v2.2.7.

This release is a non-breaking update to the most recent LIXI CAL 2.6.6 that was released on 27th October 2017. This release supersedes all previous versions of CAL 2.x Schema.

This release incorporates a number of non breaking enhancements:

  • 'Loyalty Program Number' and 'Card Upgrade' new credit card features
  • 'Offset Account' cross reference to an existing account
  • 'Level Type' - the building level type of an address
  • 'Unit Type' - the unit type of an address
  • 'To Street Number' range and 'To Unit Number' range for addresses
  • 'Street Type' list to align with Australia Post and National Mortgage Form
  • 'Reason for Different Name' when the mortgagor name doesn't match the certificate of title
  • 'Available For Redraw Amount' that is available to redraw on an existing liability
  • 'Is Taxable' indicates whether the Other Income is taxable
  • 'OtherAddBack' to capture addback amounts that cannot be captured elsewhere.
  • 'Continuing Repayment' for new repayment details that differ from the existing repayments
  • 'Clearing From This Loan Amount' and 'Clearing From Other Source Amount' for Liabilities
  • 'Financial Provider' a party that provides financial support to a dependant
  • 'Future Rental Income' of a property under construction or renovation
  • 'Owner' information of a Liability including Owner Type
