LIXI Credit Decision Australia (CDA 2.0.3) Standard

LIXI issued this CDA 2.0.3 release of the LIXI Credit Decision Australia Schema on 1st September 2017. This Transaction Schema was derived from the LIXI Master Schema v2.2.5.

This release is a non-breaking update to the most recent LIXI CDA 2.0.2 that was released on 1st September 2017.

This release incorporates a number of non breaking enhancements:

  • Interest Only Reasons for Construction and Bridging Finance
  • Start Date, Number of Repeats, and Frequency for non-capitalised fees
  • Owns with Existing Mortgage as an option on a Real Estate Assset
  • Split Loan that references the Loans or Liabilities that make up a split loan
  • Account Type Name for Financial Accounts
  • Frequency for Net Income payments
  • Substitute Security in Variation Type List
