LIXI2 Change Management Process – A Key Enabler for our Member’s Success

LIXI’s tools and processes for managing change requests and for new standards has evolved quickly. Our capacity to manage change across the suite of standards has improved as a result, and we’ve just issued a new standard for Application Fraud Detection in Australia. We are also actively working on three new standards for New Zealand: Serviceability (SVZ), Credit Decisioning (CDZ) and Account Creation (ACZ).

Raising minor change requests or for requests for new standards is neither intimidating nor time-consuming. Members are engaged with this process every day, and they are deriving ever-increasing value from LIXI as a result.

Join us in this session to recap the latest and upcoming standards, and also to see how our change management process is enabling our members and licensees to remain nimble, which is incredibly important in today’s fast-changing environment.

Session Time: Monday the 8th of November from 2:00PM to 2:30PM AEDT.
